Dad to Sam and Josh and my best friend for the last 20years, Jake made his mark in more ways than one. He managed to fight against convention and do it in his own unique way all the way to the end.

Sorry to hear of Jake's death - I have only just heard of his passing from some colleagues at a 30-year school reunion. I remember him from Trinity School, where he was a popular and inspiring pupil in our year group.
